Autofrag: SUMO is all about survival. Stay in, or on the arena at all costs as the last player left on terra firma wins the round. How you achieve this is up to you, but be aware that to earn big money (which you'll need to upgrade your car, buy extra weapons, or unlock more levels) you have to kill your competitors. So hiding around a corner and waiting for it to all blow over won't work all the time. A hail of bullets into the engine or a nicely placed rocket launch usually will do the job. Extra cash is awarded for SUMO kills. As you advance you can upgrade your car at Mad Al's garage, and these improvements are continually worn away by thinks like engines exploding or driving off cliffs. In the lower right portion of your dashboard is the gun temperature gauge, which warns you when your machine gun is in danger of overheating. Don't let it get too hot as it will become unusable for a time. When a round is over you will be shown the kills and prize money awarded to you. In Mad Al's garage and gun emporium, use your prize money to have your wheels and chassis armored, buy new vehicles and weapons. This is the demo version of the full game which contains 8 arenas (Freeway, Desert, Skyscraper, Aztec, Thermal, Flaknell, Burgermix and Halloween) instead of the full 28, but still very enjoyable to play.
